Hi, I’m Alena - inclusive leadership enthusiast, passionate about people and cultures.
I’m a driving force in Synergizer, and I'm on mission to help leaders and teams reach their full potential by developing the ability to collaborate effectively and relate to employees, partners and customers who think and behave differently.
Research shows that 60-80% of all problems in a company are due to the friction between values and personalities, as well as leadership challenges. The source of these problems is the lack of understanding of why people think and behave differently. My purpose is to help leaders and teams transform these differences into synergies.
With 10+ years experience of working with international training and coaching programs in Europe and Asia, I’m able to inspire my audience with the combination of recent research and real life examples, provide practical tools and create accountability for further action steps. I actively work in both face-to-face and online mode.

From supporting industry and academia in developing mentorship programs to initiating social inclusion and leadership projects, I nurture personal and professional development of hundreds of people and teams every year.
My strong belief that everyone should have a chance to learn and travel encouraged me to initiate and raise funds for Diversity programs to make it possible for thousands of people, who can’t afford travelling, to travel to other parts of the world, learn from each other and exchange best practicies.

Through my intensive international work and career I gained lots of practical experience and developed effective and exciting tools to help others benefit from diversity, maximise their results, facilitate individual and organisational growth and have more fun with the work that they do.
