PROGRAM START-DATE & TIME-LINE
We aim to engage from 5 - 25 participants from the same company to each program offering.
The recommended program length is 1 - 1,5 months with one program module covered each week.

PROGRAM DELIVERY
INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE 2.0 can be delivered both online and face to face. We can also use hybrid delivery depending on your company work mode.
COMMITMENT & SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE PROGRAM
We expect each program participant to take part in live workshops (2 - 2,5 h) and devote some time to reflection and intentional practice (at least 1 hour a week).
Workbook and thought-provoking questions for further deiscussions will be provided to make sure that INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE 2.0 is in progress.
